2. Contact Insurance Company

The next step in the collision repair process is contacting your insurance company. Again, Flatline Collision accepts all insurance claims. We have helped so many people through the insurance route. If this is your first collision, we walk you through this process. (step 1). We recommend you call insurance companies second because they don’t give you an in-depth analysis of your vehicle damages. Many of the insurance representatives only check outer vehicle damages. Our Reseda Body Shop specializes in frame and unibody repair (internal damages). Checking your frame and unibody is very important because overseeing these damages can lead to more problems down the line. 3. Drop Off Car

People typically drop cars off the same day our repair technicians order the car parts. In many cases, the insurance companies will pay for a car rental. 4. Inspect and Order Parts

After all insurance claims are situated, our collision repair experts will order the parts needed to give you quality repairs. Typically, the necessary parts needed arrive within 1-2 business days, sometimes even the same day if you place an order early morning. We don’t just sit around while the parts arrive.
